GUIDING/HIDES
Photograph sparrowhawks and small birds in Marnardal during the autumn.
In the winter months, there are good opportunities for golden eagles and goshawks. Both hides are easily accessible, just a short walk from the parking area.
You can get to Marnardal by car, train, ColorLine/Fjordline ferry, or plane.
We assist with pick-up from the train station, Kristiansand port, and Kristiansand Airport, Kjevik.
Open field hide - From September to the end of October, you can photograph sparrowhawks hunting Eurasian jays or magpies from a distance of 8-15 meters. There is a total of space for 6 photographers in the autumn, with 4 spots in the hide and two tents.
There is room for 3 lenses each, two seated photographers, and one at a low angle.
The hide is comfortable with insulated walls, floor, and ceiling, office chairs, and a toilet in a separate room.
The winter season runs from the end of November to mid-March. The hide is heated during the winter.
Pine forrest hide - Photograph small birds, woodpeckers, and goshawks in an old pine forest at a distance of only 5-10 meters.
